KENSINGTON grants regional licence for Hamburg

KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is delighted to announce a special expansion success this March. After Berlin and Bremen, the Swiss real estate company with an international network is now also going to be represented in the third German city state, Hamburg.

The franchisee for the regional licence is Daniel Malek, who has just secured his third KENSINGTON region with the Hamburg licence. Following the successful establishment of the branches in Bremen and Oldenburg, which he manages together with his business partners Dennis Schwedler and Christoph Wiesenbach, Bremen-born Daniel Malek has taken an important step in driving ahead the planned further expansion in the north of Germany.

In a similar way to Berlin, the licence for the Hanseatic city is granted as a regional licence and divided into several licence areas due to its size. Daniel Malek will be working with experienced partners in order to actively manage the individual licences in the Greater Hamburg area.
