KENSINGTON grants master licence for Canary Islands – First showroom already opened on Tenerife
KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is pleased to announce another success in its expansion in Spain. Following the granting of the master licences for the regions of Madrid, Catalonia and Andalusia KENSINGTON will now also be represented on the Canary Islands. The master franchisees for the Canary Islands are Oliver Brüderle, Wolfgang Pogutter and Tobias Häusler, who have been franchisees of Engel&Völkers on the Canary Islands for 15 years and know the local market very well.
With the acquisition of the regional master licence for residential properties for the Canary Islands, as well as the licence for KENSINGTON Commercial Properties, the investment and commercial property division of the KENSINGTON Group and the local license for the island of Tenerife, the entrepreneurs, who previously assisted their international clientele under the Engel & Völkers brand in Puerto de la Cruz / Tenerife, will now represent the KENSINGTON brand locally. Following the retreat of Engel & Völkers in the north of Tenerife, the existing team with office manager Wolfgang Pogutter will remain in place. In addition, the new KENSINGTON franchisees are planning to expand the team and open a second showroom in the south of Tenerife; the opening of further branches on the Canary Islands is also part of the new trend.
