KENSINGTON Catalonia grants licence for Maresme North
The real estate company KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is pleased to announce another expansion success on the Spanish mainland. With the granting of the local licence for the coastal region of Maresme Nord, the international clientele can look forward to another KENSINGTON branch in one of the most important regions in the province of Barcelona.
Franchisee is Angela Navas Lllasera. The full-blooded entrepreneur has a master’s degree in fashion marketing, which she completed at a renowned university in Milan. The mother of two daughters has many years of professional experience. In the course of her career, she has held leading positions for well-known international companies in the luxury segment and has already lived and worked in England, Australia and Indonesia, among other places.
In the year 2015, she decided to return to her native Barcelona and to turn her passion for high-quality real estate into a vocation. She worked for a renowned competitor, where she quickly rose to the top as the top-selling real estate agent.
Together with her partner Eduard Sala, she decided in September 2023 to take the step into self-employment and thus to acquire the KENSINGTON licence for the Maresme North location.
