KENSINGTON Arta franchisee Martina Albrecht grants sub-licence for Porto Cristo.
KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is pleased to announce the granting of a further licence on the Spanish Balearic Island of Mallorca in the first quarter of 2023.
As sub-licensees of KENSINGTON Arta, Tina and Jan Schnoor will represent the company in the Porto Cristo region with immediate effect.
In order to further optimise the service and support offered in the north-east of the island, KENSINGTON Arta franchisee Martina Albrecht decided to allocate the sub-licence to the two thoroughbred entrepreneurs: “It was important to me that the KENSINGTON brand is represented in my entire licence area. My licence area has a very large span, too large to be able to look after it professionally from just one location.”

With Tina and Jan Schnoor, the Hamburg native has now been able to win over two more northerners for the KENSINGTON family, who have already been able to convince themselves of the services of the real estate company by purchasing their property through KENSINGTON in 2019: “Three years ago, we decided to make our dream of owning our own property on Mallorca come true. A short time later, the dedicated entrepreneurial couple decided to move to the island. They sold their family hotel on the Baltic Sea, which they had previously run themselves for 26 years, and decided to make a new start on Mallorca.

The opening of the new showroom in first sea line in Porto Cristo is planned for March 2023.
