After four years in a cosy office in Jesús, the Ibiza representative of the internationally operating real estate company KENSINGTON Finest Properties International has now moved to Santa Eulalia, into a beautiful semi-circular glass building, in the street c/Joan Tur Tur 13 (ground floor).
KENSINGTON franchisee and owner is the Dutch business woman Noelle Politiek, who came to the island already in 1993. The secrets of her success: she speaks six languages (Dutch, German, Spanish, English, French and Greek) and her strict business philosophy: to give the owners the same importance as the buyers. Moreover, the pre- and after-sales service is another outstanding strength. Lots of clients work with her over again and again, they prove her right way of working and philosophy.

KENSINGTON Ibiza is offering all types of properties at a wide price range: apartments, townhouses, villas and plots of land with or without a licence. “We have clients who are looking for houses where they can live all year round, and others who want a holiday home on the island”, explains the agency owner. “The documentation of many old houses on the island is not complete. But we are here to find solutions”, says Noelle. Her extensive network of contacts helps, of course.
