As ideal candidate for Dubai , you will be responsible for overseeing the sales teams’ and Affiliate operations and strategies, by employing and coaching qualified agents and approaching new affiliates.

Your responsibilities:
- Finding new agents and affiliates
- Coaching the affiliates and their teams
- Supporting the teams to generate leads
- Developing strategies to list properties in the secondary market
- Coordinate referrals from KENSINGTON Branches overseas
Your qualifications:
- Sales leadership experience
- 3+ years´ experience of own sales in real estate in Dubai
- Strong leadership skills
- Team Player
- Fluent in English
