KENSINGTON continues to expand its presence in one of the most up-and-coming regions on the Spanish mainland with the granting of the regional master licence for residential properties for Andalusia, as well as the granting of the licence for KENSINGTON Commercial Properties, the investment and commercial property division of the KENSINGTON Group.
Franchisee for the autonomous region in the south of Spain is the company Andalucia Finest Properties S.L. The managing director Carolina Pallarés was born in Valencia and grew up in Malaga. She has excellent experience in the real estate sector as well as in the sector of decoration and design.
In addition to the marketing of residential properties, Pallarés and her team, investment partner Jose de la Maza, a local real estate investor and Eduardo Guernica, a sales manager with experience in the media and consumer goods sectors, will also be responsible for the development and expansion of the investment and commercial real estate sector in the region: „The province of Málaga accounts for 43% of the value of all residential properties sold in Andalusia, due to strong demand from international buyers on the Costa del Sol. Furthermore commercial and investment properties are a promising sector and Málaga is already the country’s third largest investment focus in the real estate sector after Madrid and Barcelona.
