“The best decision I could have made!” – Raimond Osojnik

Raimond Osojnik moved his centre of life to the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca in 2006. In the same year, he started his career as a real estate agent with an international real estate company in Portals Nous, for which he worked for more than 5 years.

In 2011, the native Dutchman decided to take the step back into self-employment and decided to represent the KENSINGTON brand in the Portals region as a franchisee: “After Mehrdad Bonakdar, CEO and Founder of the KENSINGTON Group, approached me and offered me the opportunity to become the first franchisee of KENSINGTON and to establish the KENSINGTON brand in the Portals region, I was honoured and excited about the idea. Having been self-employed all my life before moving to the island, this was the only right way for me to take the next step in my career.”

In 2021, Raimond, who now also looks after the licence for the Santa Ponsa region, celebrated his 10th company anniversary. “Choosing KENSINGTON 10 years ago was the best decision I could have made for my professional career. I have benefited a lot from the reputation of a well-known brand like KENSINGTON and it is great to grow together with the brand and to witness that we are becoming more and more present internationally with 85 locations now. Knowing that I am the first franchisee of this extraordinary success story makes me incredibly proud”.
