The real estate company KENSINGTON Finest Properties International AG, has granted the master licence for Switzerland as of 26/02/2020. Master franchisees are Björn Wolf and David Monney, who have also been franchisees for the Canton of Thurgau since the beginning of the year.
“After just a few weeks, I recognised the huge potential of the KENSINGTON brand. When my partner Björn Wolf made the proposal for a master license, I didn’t have to think for long. The discussions with customers over the past 2 months have made me even more aware of the enormous appeal of this brand”, David Monney explains his decision.
“I have been with the company for 2 years now and have of course experienced the development of this great brand first hand. David Monney and I will now continue to expand this brand in Switzerland, both with further locations of our own and by granting new franchise licenses, and I am really looking forward to this challenge”, says Björn Wolf.
