After completing a very successful financial year in 2017, KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is proud to announce yet another expansion success in Germany in the first quarter of the new year. From now on, the Swiss real estate company with an international network will also be represented in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg.

The two franchisees for this region are Alexander Tschernesov and Benjamin Liers, who are not just motivated but also have KENSINGTON experience. The young property experts were previously part of the KENSINGTON team in Munich. Since both of them live in Regensburg and have been successful in the local market for quite some time, acquiring the licence for Regensburg was the logical next step in their career for them.
