KENSINGTON Finest Properties International has already reported a record year for the first half of 2021. “We have already achieved 110% of the total annual result of 2020, which was already a record year for the company”, announced Shujat Sarwar, Head of Franchise.
According to Sarwar, this is due to both the brand’s strong expansion and the strong gains in KENSINGTON’s market share in their respective submarkets. “The tireless support of our franchisees, the constant development of the brand and the expansion of our marketing activities are a guarantee for our growth, from which buyers and owners in particular benefit enormously,” says Shujat Sarwar, summarising the reasons for this development.
In the first half of 2021, 17 licences have been granted and 9 new offices opened, including in cities like Madrid and Dubai. Company founder and CEO Mehrdad Bonakdar takes the figures in his usual reflective manner: “Of course, we are all very happy about this development. Nevertheless, we also accept this success with KENSINGTON’s customary humility because we always know that nothing can be taken for granted. It is still important to improve every day on all levels and always keep our purpose in mind, namely that we at KENSINGTON aim to be better in our dealings with each other, both in business and in our personal development. My personal focus is therefore always on the route to those ‘partial stages”.
