KENSINGTON Germany grants 6 licences in 2020
KENSINGTON Germany is pleased to announce the granting of 2 further licences in the second half of the year, whereby in 2020 a total of 6 new licence partners will follow the successful path with KENSINGTON.
After KENSINGTON Germany has already been able to push ahead with the expansion of the brand in the first half of the year, with the granting of 4 licences for the financial metropolis Frankfurt, the regions Mainz, Mainz-Bingen, Wiesbaden and Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis, the island of Sylt and the region around the cities of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen and Schwabach, there are now also some pleasing successes to be announced in the second half of the year.
This August, Andreas Wittig, KENSINGTON franchisee for the Berlin Mitte / Nord region, transferred with Berlin-Reinickendorf a part of his licence area into the hands of his business partner Jörg Meinhardt. Jörg has been a member of the KENSINGTON Group for the Berlin Pankow licence region since May 2020 and will now be responsible for business in the Reinickendorf district as franchisee. The new showroom in Pankow was already opened in September.
In the same month, the real estate company was also able to grant the licence for the Main-Taunus and Hochtaunus district. This means that KENSINGTON now also has a presence in Frankfurt’s attractive suburbs. The franchisee for the region is Sascha Aue, who has 15 years of management experience in sales. The first showroom in the Hochtaunuskreis is located in Kronberg.
The showroom for the licence for Frankfurt, which was already granted in January, is expected to open on 12.12.2020.
KENSINGTON Germany also offers promising prospects for the start of the new year, with the licences for Cottbus and Potsdam already on the starting blocks.
