Noelle Politiek acquires KENSINGTON licence for Ibiza

Following on seamlessly from last year’s expansion successes, KENSINGTON Finest Properties International started the new year with the announcement of further franchise agreements in Germany and Switzerland.

With Ibiza, another licence has now been granted for one of the most important and up-and-coming destinations in Europe. Noelle Politiek, who has more than 20 years of experience in the local property market, is our latest KENSINGTON franchisee.

Originally from Holland, she joined KENSINGTON after working for a German real estate franchise for a number of years, where she was one of the top 10 agents among more than 7,500 employees in 2016.
