Just a short time after the award of the master license for the region of Andalusia, KENSINGTON Finest Properties International is pleased to report another expansion success on the Spanish mainland.
Only five months after opening its first KENSINGTON branch in Madrid, the company is pleased to announce the opening of another location in the Spanish capital with the granting of the license for La Moraleja-Madrid North.
The franchisee for this affluent residential area in the north of Madrid is Eduardo González-Salamanca. The entrepreneur holds a degree in Pharmacy, a Master’s in Biotechnology and an MBA, and is the co-founder of a pharmaceutical consulting firm and two other automotive companies.
In 2017, he recognized the potential of the ever-growing real estate sector in the Spanish market. As a division manager, he joined a competitor and gained extensive experience in this field since then.
