The KENSINGTON Academy offers training at the highest level to franchisees of the KENSINGTON Group and their employees. Internationally renowned trainers regularly train participants and thus prepare them for challenges. External participants, such as customers and business partners, are also welcome at the Academy.
This theoretical training is combined with the day-to-day work of the prospective real estate experts, under the guidance of experienced managers, allowing them to ideally combine theory and practice. Local experts, such as notaries and lawyers, are certified by the experts of the KENSINGTON Academy and offer necessary expertise on site.
