Your tasks will include:

• Direct communication, support and development of the international franchisees
• The expansion of the brand in close cooperation with the expansion manager
• The creative development of marketing tools in close cooperation with the Marketing Manager
• The development of business plans and target agreements both for the company as a whole and for each and with each individual franchisee
• Expansion and development of the KENSINGTON Academy
• Developing the franchise system in terms of IT and marketing
• Identifying the needs of the sub-markets in close consultation with the franchisees
• Further development of the corporate values, the corporate culture and the common vision

The working location is flexible ( Mallorca, Madrid, Dubai, Switzerland, Konstanz).
